Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure that any materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights
  • Respond to communication in a reasonable timeframe to avoid project delays

Failure to provide necessary input may result in project delays or additional fees.

Payment Terms

All services are billed according to the terms outlined in your proposal or agreement. Common terms may include:

  • A deposit or partial payment before project work begins
  • Remaining balance due at project milestones or completion
  • Ongoing services (e.g. maintenance or SEO) billed monthly

Late payments may be subject to interest, fees, or paused service.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because of the time, strategy, and resources involved, all payments are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel a project if:

  • The client fails to provide required input for more than 30 days
  • Communication becomes unprofessional or hostile
  • Scope changes significantly without mutual agreement

Any cancellation will be handled in accordance with the terms of your agreement.

Intellectual Property

Clients receive the rights to all deliverables upon full payment.

Bitwolf Media retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, promotional materials, and on our website unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Stock images licensed through third-party platforms (e.g. Shutterstock) may be limited to web use only. Clients must obtain their own license for broader use.

Confidentiality

Any sensitive business information shared with us is treated as confidential and will not be shared or disclosed without your permission, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Bitwolf Media is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Losses resulting from third-party tools, platforms, or service providers
  • Delays caused by client inaction or external factors beyond our control

Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools or services (e.g. hosting platforms, analytics, email platforms) to deliver your project. We are not responsible for any disruption or limitations of those third-party services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
